I recently purchased an iPad pro and needed to restore my existing iPad magazine subscription. Every magazine subscription successfully restored *except* for my Wired UK subscription. Uninstalling and reinstalling the app numerous times, logging out of and into my Apple ID...and always the same error, "restoring purchases failed". This *despite* the fact that I am logged into the same Apple ID on my iPhone and have no trouble accessing my subscription on the iPhone app.
Additionally, every time I have attempted to contact customer service about this, I have been greeted by unhelpful form letters (one informing me that "we do not publish this magazine" from *the very email given as customer service*), email bouncebacks or customer service reps that just could not help at all.
This, quite frankly execrable, level of customer service is profoundly unacceptable.
